Joined Sonaca Montreal in 2002 (formally NMF Canada), a world leader in the fabrication of wing and empennage aero structures for the business and regional aircraft market.
Paul has over 30 years of Engineering, Manufacturing and Business Management experience in the aerospace industry.
Prior to joining Sonaca Montreal, he worked for Bombardier Aerospace in various positions that included; Manager of Material and Processes Engineering, Manager Manufacturing Engineering and Manager Bombardier Engineering System and Six Sigma.
He has led numerous projects involving the implementation of; new materials and their manufacturing methods, detailed aircraft structures and assembly programs, innovative manufacturing and engineering process improvement initiatives as well as securing several important contracts over the past several years.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from McGill University and is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers. He also served on the board of Directors of the Quebec Aerospace Association as well as a designated observer on the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec from 2007 to 2011.
