SA2GE - Smart Affordable Green Efficient
Founder and president of IODS, Dominique Sauvé has accumulated diverse experience over the last 25 years.
She began as a structural engineer with Bombardier Aéronautique before moving on to Director of the Centre technologique en aérospatiale (CTA). In 2006, she joined the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec (CRIAQ) where she served as Director of Operations at the side of André Bazergui up to 2010.
Once at the head of her own company, she devotes all her time to helping start-ups of innovative projects get off the ground, as well as providing guidance on the administration and management of R & D activities. Among her mandates, she was the Director of the SA²GE major developmental project for a greener airplane with a budget of $150 million over five years. She also served as Strategic Counsel for the PME 2.0 research-action project for the Centre facilitant la recherche et l'innovation dans les organisations (CEFRIO). Her company also provided the co-ordination for the SOW program (engineering internships) for Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Lastly, Dominique Sauvé is a permanent member of the Selection Committee for Innovation Enhancement Grants in the College and Community Innovation Program - Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
